Apollo-11.tv is much more than a website because it is also the container for the 3-1/2-hour restoration of the entire Apollo 11 moonwalk. Apollo-11.tv was produced to support STEM education and is totally free to students, teachers and even space enthusiasts. The video restoration itself was and international effort totally funded by space enthusiasts. It made from the best available materials, fused video, 16-mm film, 70-mm Hasselblad stills and multi-track audio of all of the flight director loops as well as air-to-ground transmissions that are also captioned for clarity. It is 100% historically accurate. In addition to the entire moonwalk documentary, the site also contains curated video explainers to provide context about the space program, history and information about human space flight.
