As a resident of Precinct 2023 and the new Precinct Chairman, my wife Nancy and I are going to work to make sure our neighbors are registered to vote, are aware of the issues, meet the candidates and turn out to vote in November. Plus, in this time of COVID-19 lockdowns, we may be also burning up a few extra photons in virtual Zoom meetings and phone calls with our neighbors instead of knocking on as many doors as usual.

Remember, we may be locked down but we're not locked out!
